Nick Hudson is trombonist, brass teacher and music educator based in the county of Warwickshire in the United Kingdom.
As Frank says,
“I’ve known and admired the playing of trombonist Nick Hudson for many years. He was spotted by Howard Snell who made him principal trombone of Foden’s which started a musical relationship which grew and grew over their 15 years together. He disappeared for 8 years and I learn a new word as we trace his new career in a distant land, ‘Scraper’ and we catch up on what he’s doing right now.”
This edition of Beyond the Barlines is in two parts, where we hear him in conversation with Frank and hear some great music.
